Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attio Forms ("the Service"), operated by Dialed Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attio Forms is a form-building platform that integrates with Attio CRM. It allows users to generate forms from their Attio workspace schema and sync submissions back to their CRM.

3. Account and Access

You must have a valid Attio workspace to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth connections. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Collect data from forms you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your form configurations, submission data, or CRM content. We process data as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Attio CRM and may integrate with other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialed Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
