  • Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and form performance metrics.

Your data is stored on secure servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All communication with the Attio API is proxied through our backend — form respondents never interact with your Attio workspace directly. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Attio: Form submissions are written to your connected Attio workspace as intended by the form configuration.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Resend for email) that process data on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Form submission data is retained according to your plan settings. Cached schema data is automatically refreshed and older versions are discarded. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
